Just last year, in 2016, the Italian brand gave a visual treat to their fans in UK with the first ever display of their Flat Track Pro Scrambler in the country. We all had a great experience then!
Now, in 2017, Ducati seems to have decided to take it up a notch. They are doing yet another first-in-the-history-of-Ducati event for all UK riders, bringing their famed Multistrada 1200 Enduro Experience to South Wales this time. This course dedicated to off-road riding has never taken place outside of Italy until now.
The best part of the event is that Ducati will let the riders enjoy the event for free, which makes it an even sweeter temptation for all of you Ducati fans out there. The company has confirmed that they’ll be bringing in fifteen Multistrada 1200 Enduro bikes, fitted with the complete kit for off-road use and another ten kitted for the normal on-road use.
The event will also witness the former Dakar rider, Beppe Gualini, leading a team of four instructors from the DRE Enduro School, Italy to help riders experience the possibilities of this wonderful motorbike.
The DRE team promises to replicate the original DRE Enduro environment using portable facilities and hopes to offer the following:
• Off-road track
• Balance beam
• Emergency brake
• Uphill and Downhill
• Balance exercise
• Tòle ondulèe
Moreover, it doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or a more experienced enduro rider, this course is suitable for all of those who want to experience the new Multistrada 1200 Enduro and learn from some of the top riders how to handle this one of a kind adventure motorbike. Each rider will get about 45-60 minutes with the bike and check out what it can do off road as well as on road. Simply awesome, isn’t it?
